The Comras Company Secures Two New Locations For Kit and Ace

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – The Comras Company of Florida is proud to have represented Kit and Ace, the luxury apparel, accessories and lifestyle brand for men and women, in their search for new South Florida locations. The Miami Beach-based commercial real estate firm has secured two new locations in Coconut Grove and Wynwood for the Vancouver cashmere luxury retailer. These two transactions mark the brand’s entry into South Florida. Michael Comras from The Comras Company along with Victor Fandel of Fandel Retail Group, as exclusive agents represented Kit and Ace in both transactions.

Kit and Ace’s first location occupies approximately 1,960 square feet on the ground floor corner of the Engle Building located at 3401 Main Highway in Coconut Grove. Notable co-tenancy includes Panther Coffee, Harry’s Pizzeria, Büro Miami, TKS Surf, Books & Books and Aesop, among others.

The retailer’s second location is an approximately 1,500 square foot space located at 219 NW 23rd Street in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. Co-tenants at this property include Alter Miami, Freshii, Fantini Mosaici, Rug Evolution and Coyo Taco. The Comras Company represented both sides of the deal in this transaction.

Both the Coconut Grove and Wynwood shops are in line with the Company’s growth plans to open brick-and-mortar locations in innovative neighborhoods worldwide, Kit and Ace said. “We continue to seek other appropriate opportunities as they arise for this highly sought after tenant”, said Michael Comras. .
