Can’t find what you’re looking for at Z Gallery? Frontgate, a high-end furniture store with that rustic, all-American vibe, is opening at The Shops at Sunset Place. The store is opening up on the first floor at Sunset, where Urban Outfitters used to be, we’re told, which breathes a little bit of life into a pretty barren area in the mall. The store, which is Frontgate’s fifth, will be opening on Friday.
The Real Deal reports that this is the first new tenant since Simon Properties sold the mall to Comras Company and Grass River Property for $110 million earlier this year. Both are local companies.
