Miami Worldcenter has announced its first retail tenants.
The first tenants at Worldcenter will include:
- Maple & Ash, a steakhouse from Chicago
- etta, a neighborhood restaurant centered around a wood-fired hearth, also from Chicago
- Laurel, a French brasserie with Cuban influence by James Beard award winning Miami Chef Michael Beltran’s Ariete Hospitality Group
- El Vecino, a high-end first-class cigar bar by Ariete
“These restaurants exemplify the quality of the tenants and the experience we are curating for Miami Worldcenter’s residents and visitors,” said Nitin Motwani, Managing Partner of Miami Worldcenter Associates.
The four new food and beverage outlets will occupy a total of 30,400 square feet of space.
Maple & Ash will be located along World Square at the corner of Miami Worldcenter’s 7th Street promenade and 1st Avenue Northeast, and will occupy 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, with ground floor and second floor seating.
Etta will be located along the eastern side of the 7th Street Promenade, with approximately 11,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space across two levels.
Laurel will occupy 2,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor space on the ground floor of the Caoba Miami Worldcenter apartment tower, at the corner of the 7th Street promenade and Northeast 1st Avenue.
El Vecino will occupy approximately 1,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor space joining Laurel on the ground floor of Miami Worldcenter’s Caoba apartment tower.
Approximately 150,000 square feet of retail at Worldcenter has been completed with tenant build-out work set to commence in 2021, and another 130,000 square feet is currently under construction and nearing delivery.
Additional tenants will be announced in the coming weeks and months, Motwani said.
