All three restaurants are expected to open next year in the 27-acre mixed-use development that’s being built by developers Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani and Los Angeles-based real estate development firm CIM Group. The Comras Company, a Miami Beach-based brokerage, oversees retail on behalf of the developers.
The three restaurants slated to open in 2024 are:
- Serafina, a New York-based Italian restaurant chain with locations across the globe, including an establishment at Aventura Mall. The restaurant will occupy 8,672 square feet at 652 N.E. First Avenue in Suite H-144, and will include outdoor patio seating along Miami Worldcenter’s Seventh Street pedestrian promenade.
- Sixty Vines, a restaurant chain that started in Texas, pairs locally sourced entrees with wines on tap that are stored in wooden barrels. Its Miami Worldcenter restaurant will fill 8,672 square feet at 150 N.E. Eighth St., Suite F-135, and will also have outdoor patio seating.
- BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings, a 3,835-square-foot dual concept restaurant at 851 N.E. First Ave. at Suite C-114. The restaurant will have grab-and-go options and a full-service bar. BurgerFi and Anthony’s will be run by NDM Hospitality Services, LLC, a company managed by Falcone’s three sons that also operates at least six BurgerFi establishments in Florida. Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza was acquired by BurgerFi in 2021.
Miami Worldcenter already has a lineup of food and beverage options including Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express, and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail. Earls Kitchen & Bar and Chicago-based Maple & Ash are expected to open soon, according to a release.
