Ringing in the new year, CocoWalk continues to add extra layers of entertainment experiences to its fully leased lifestyle center.
Understanding the demographics of the area and curating a diverse retailer mix of local, national and international concepts were the main factors to reimagining CocoWalk’s 150,000-square-foot open-air destination at 3015 Grand Ave., said Stuart Biel, senior vice president of regional leasing at Federal Realty Investment Trust.
