Miami Worldcenter has nabbed three new retail tenants.
The $6 billion mixed-use development in downtown Miami announced it has secured leasing with Go Greek Yogurt, a Beverly Hills-based yogurt bar and cafe; HŸP, a German sneaker and streetwear brand; and SkinSpirit, a medical spa chain from Palo Alto, California.
Miami Worldcenter Associates, the master developer for the 27-acre project, stated all three concepts are expected to be open by next year.
“The new additions reflect our commitment to creating a dynamic mixed-use destination that seamlessly blends lifestyle, convenience and innovation,” said Nitin Motwani, a managing partner at Miami Worldcenter Associates.
Go Greek Yogurt signed a lease for a near 1,300-square-foot space at 851 N.E. 1st Ave., Unit #D-118. Miami Worldcenter is the frozen yogurt chain’s first Florida location. The brand anticipates it will open in late 2024.

Meanwhile, HŸP leased a space that exceeds 1,300 square feet at 851 N.E. 1st Ave., Unit #D-120. The fashion retailer is also targeting a late 2024 opening. Miami Worldcenter is HŸP’s second Miami location after Mary Brickell Village, which debuted in August 2023. HŸP carries apparel and footwear from well-known brands, such as Nikes, Adidas, New Balance and more.
SkinSpirit is slated to open in early 2025. It will occupy an approximate 1,700-square-foot space at 852 N.E. 2nd Ave., Unit #D-116. The medspa, which has more than 45 locations nationwide, will offer medical-grade aesthetic treatments for the skin, face and body. Miami Worldcenter is SkinSpirit’s first Florida outpost.
Miami Worldcenter Associates stated over 95% of the development’s 300,000 square feet of retail space has been leased.

Restaurants and retailers that have already opened locations at Miami Worldcenter include Sixty Vines, Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express, El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar, Free People, Lululemon, Sephora, Ray-Ban, Lucky Strike, Lucid Motors, CitizenM and the Museum of Ice Cream.
The development’s upcoming tenants also include Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty, Nick Jonas and John Varvatos’ Villa One Tequila Gardens, Posman Books, Serafina, Juvia, Maple & Ash, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Club Studio, Sports & Social and Starbucks.
Miami Worldcenter is being developed by Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by managing partners Falcone and Motwani, in partnership with CIM Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate and infrastructure firm.
Comras Company, a Miami Beach-based commercial real estate agency, handles Miami Worldcenter’s leasing, asset sales, consulting and development advisory services.
The privately owned mixed-use development is home to three completed residential towers so far, and more are being constructed.
