Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 11/04/2026

This policy explains what information The Comras Company, LLC collects when you visit comras.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

In this policy, “Comras”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Comras Company, LLC, 1261 20th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139. “You” means the person visiting the website, or the company you represent. “Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. By using the website, you agree to this policy.

  • What we collect: what you type into our forms (such as your name, email, phone and message), plus basic visit information such as your IP address and the pages you view.
  • Why: to answer your enquiries, send information you ask for, send occasional news about similar properties and services by email or text message (you can opt out), and understand how the website is used.
  • Who we share it with: the companies that run the website and our email for us, and otherwise only as section 5 describes (for example, when the law requires it). We do not sell your personal information.
  • Your choices: opt out of our marketing emails at any time, reply STOP to any text message, block cookies in your browser, or ask us to see, correct or delete your information.
  • Questions: email [email protected] or call 305-532-0433.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our website (for example, to contact us, request information or subscribe to updates), we collect what you enter, which may include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, including a mobile number if you agree to receive text messages
  • Your organization’s name
  • The topics you are interested in and how you heard about us
  • Anything you write in your message

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers automatically receive certain information (“usage data”), such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the website that referred you, and the date, time and length of your visit.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use a small number of our own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and the information our cookies record is not shared with advertising networks.

Type What it does How long it lasts
Essential
Set by us
Keeps the website working during your visit, for example when you submit a form. Until you close your browser
Traffic measurement
Set by us
Records how you arrived and moved through the website (for example, the first page you landed on, the referring website and campaign (UTM) tags), so we can understand our traffic. Some until you close your browser; most for 7 days; one for 1 year

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and measures page performance without setting cookies. If we send you emails, they may contain a small image (a “web beacon”) that tells us whether the email was opened.

Every page of our website loads Google Maps software, so Google receives your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing, and may use its own cookies or similar technologies, as described in Google’s privacy policy. Apart from this, we do not allow other companies to collect personal information about your activity on our website over time or across other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website will still work, although some features may not.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to you: answer your enquiries by email, phone or text message and send you the information you asked for.
  • Keep you informed: send news and information about properties, services and events similar to those you asked about, by email or, if you have agreed, by text message. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] or, where our email includes one, by using its unsubscribe link.
  • Run and improve the website: keep it working and secure, understand how it is used, and measure how well our outreach works.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect our rights, as described in section 5.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from The Comras Company, LLC, we may text you about your enquiry, properties you have asked about, appointments, and occasional news about our properties and services, and reply to texts you send us. You agree to receive these messages when you give us your mobile number and opt in, for example by checking the text-message box on one of our forms. We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you do not have to agree to receive text messages to do business with us.

  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Stopping texts: reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) at any time. We will send one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more.
  • Help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call 305-532-0433.
  • Delivery: mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information stays with us. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in data and consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share text-message opt-in data and consent only with the service providers that send our text messages for us, and where the law requires it as described in section 5.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers that run the website and our email for us, only so they can provide that service:
    • Bluehost, our web host
    • Cloudflare, for website security, delivery and visitor statistics
    • Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which receives the messages you send through our forms
    • Google (Google Maps), whose map software loads on every page of our website and receives your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing
    • Any service we use to store our contact lists or send email or text messages to them, only for that purpose
  • Affiliates: companies that control us, that we control, or that are under common control with us. They must follow this policy. This does not apply to mobile information, which section 4 covers.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will post a notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Legal reasons: when the law requires it or a court or government agency validly asks for it, or when we believe in good faith that it is needed to comply with the law, protect our rights or property, investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the website, protect the safety of our visitors or the public, or protect against legal liability.
  • With your consent, for any other purpose.

6. Your choices and requests

  • Marketing emails: email [email protected] or, where our email includes one, use its unsubscribe link.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text message from us, or contact us.
  • Cookies: block or delete them in your browser settings.
  • Your information: you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you have given us. Contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires or allows it.

7. “Do Not Track” policy as required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can turn the setting on or off in your browser’s preferences.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and longer only where we must to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. We generally keep usage data for a shorter time, unless we need it to keep the website secure or working, or the law requires us to keep it longer.

9. How we protect it

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Where it is processed

Your information is processed at our offices in Florida and wherever our service providers operate. That may be outside your state or country, where data protection laws may differ from yours. By sending us your information, you agree to this. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled securely and as this policy describes.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Our website may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review the privacy policy of each website you visit.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also post a notice on the website. Changes take effect when they are posted.
