Andrew Rosenberg, Portfolio Leasing Director with The Comras Company, focuses on in-house and third-party landlord assignments and has a successful history of tenant representation throughout South Florida.
Andrew is a South Florida native, growing up in Miami Beach and beginning his career in commercial real estate with his father, Gary Rosenberg. Andrew created a third-party leasing and tenant representation division of Miami Beach-based Rosenberg Realty that grew to the leasing of over 1.5M square feet of retail property for Equity One, Regency Centers, and several other South Florida-based Landlords.
Prior to joining TCC, Andrew served as VP of Retail Brokerage in South Florida at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Andrew has been successful in leasing retail spaces throughout Miami Beach on, and off, Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, West Avenue, Collins Avenue, Washington Avenue, and 5th Street. Andrew has had the opportunity to work alongside local landlords and REIT’s, such as Equity One (retail), Regency Centers (retail), Ivy Realty (mixed-use), Lightstone Group (mixed-use), Gumenick Properties, (retail), Integra Investments (mixed-use), Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (retail), Inmobiliaria Brom (mixed-use), Stoltz Real Estate Partners (retail), Greenstreet Partners (retail), and Magna Hospitality (mixed-use), among others. Andrew has represented clients such as Harry’s Pizza/Genuine Pizza (Chef Michael Schwartz), Carrot Express, Salonz Beauty & Spa Suites, Bombshell’s Restaurant & Bar, Cinnaholic, Crown Wine & Spirits, Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, Legend’s Tavern & Grille, Phenix Salon Suites, Osmow’s Mediterranean, among many others.
Andrew is a proud father, husband, and Miami Beach native who has a strong desire to see the city he was raised in reach its full potential. Andrew is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, is an active member of Temple Beth Sholom in Miami Beach and is currently a nominee for the Board of the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District.
