Motek | Boca Raton

Kosher-style Mediterranean restaurant Motek, which means “sweetheart” in Hebrew, will open on Restaurant Row in Boca Raton early next year.

The family owned restaurant leased 7,200 square feet at the Restaurant Row development on the northeast corner of Town Center and Butts roads, according to the tenant’s broker.

Michael Silverman and Jeff Evans of Comras Company represented the tenant. Jenny Schuemann and Ian Weiner of Pebb Enterprises represented the landlord, Pebb.

Boca Raton-based Pebb completed the 22,500-square-foot Restaurant Row last year. The development, where Stage Kitchen & Bar, El Camino and chef Fabio Trabocchi’s Fiolina Pasta House also have leased, is near Town Center at Boca Raton mall.

Weiner is CEO of Pebb.

Presidente Supermarkets | Miami Gardens

Presidente Supermarkets will open an outpost in Miami Gardens in July of next year.

The grocery store leased 26,800 square feet at 5580 Northwest 167th Street, according to the tenant’s news release.

Alan and Josh Levy were part of the Levy Realty Advisors team that represented the landlord. Neyda Bravo and Luis Gonzalez of Bravo & Partners represented the tenant.

Records show that two entities, one led by Andrew Pastor and David Zimmerman, and the other by Alan Levy, own the building.

A new dining concept opened in Fort Lauderdale.

Sunness Supper Club leased a 6,000-square-foot space at 2465 East Sunrise Boulevard, according to the tenant’s news release. The restaurant seats 130 guests.
