5 New Tenants Opening Storefronts On Lincoln Road In Fall 2023

Lincoln Road, Miami Beach’s iconic outdoor shopping, dining and cultural destination, which features more than 200 shops, cafés, galleries and restaurants spanning eight blocks (east to west), will further enhance its offerings by welcoming five new tenants this fall. The globally recognized, architecturally significant promenade continues to evolve by adding unique concepts, popular restaurants and local businesses.

Now, the iconic promenade is giving us even more to love, from curated, locally owned boutiques to globally recognized athletic stores that make it a must-visit for locals. New tenants for Fall 2023 include:

HOKA (opening late October) – 701 Lincoln Road – An elevated retail experience offering HOKA footwear, apparel and accessories is opening its first-to-market store in South Florida on Lincoln Road. Garnering recognition as one of the most comfortable shoe brands for all fitness activities, HOKA will open its 3,128-square-foot Lincoln Road location in late October. The property was leased by South Florida real estate market leader the Comras Company*.

Luli Fama (opening late October) – 635 Lincoln Road – The Latin-owned women’s luxury swim and resort wear brand is globally recognized for its universally flattering fits, immaculate designs and eclectic mix of vibrant hues. The new store will have 1,440 square feet of beautiful retail offerings. The property was also leased by the Comras Company *Specializing in commercial real estate for over 30 years, the Comras Company is a market leader in South Florida, providing services in retail and restaurant leasing, investment sales, consulting and property management.

IT’SUGAR (opening late October) – 801 Lincoln Road – One of the world’s largest specialty candy retailers, IT’SUGAR, offers an immersive candy experience unlike any other. Taking over 2,751 square feet of prime real estate, the shop will sell hundreds of varieties of over-the-top sweets, humorous products and beloved candy brands.

IT Italian Trattoria (opening late October) – 1014 Lincoln Road – The beloved Italian eatery opens its third South Florida location, a 3,300-square-foot restaurant and bar featuring an open-kitchen concept allowing guests to watch as the dedicated staff creates delicious homemade dishes using products sourced directly from Italy.

Turkish Delight – A one-of-a-kind specialty store, and the first to open in the US, the authentic 1,000-square-foot Turkish Delight offers Turkish sweets and desserts sourced directly from Turkey, including lokums, a national favorite, in a variety of flavors, such as pistachio, chocolate almond and coconut.

These new tenants will join Lincoln Road’s ever-growing list of retailers, including Adidas, Nike, Apple, Zara and Lululemon, and locally owned establishments like Mila Miami Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Issabella’s, Harry’s Pizzeria, Habitat Hyett and others.
