Miami Worldcenter, the $6 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development has welcomed another tenant, to the area: Lucid Motors.

The luxury electric vehicle company opened its 22,788-square-foot space at 951 NE First Avenue earlier this month. Lucid has South Florida locations at Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach, Brickell City Centre in Miami, Riviera Beach and now the Worldcenter.

The newest facility includes a Lucid Studio showroom and serves as a service and delivery center for the Lucid Air electric sedan.

As one of the largest privately owned and developed urban real estate developments in Florida, the Miami Worldcenter development features a diverse mix of residential, commercial and hospitality. Approximately 84% of the development’s retail space has been leased.

The project is being developed by Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by Managing Partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani, in partnership with capital market company, California-based CIM Group.

“Lucid Motors is an innovative leader and its retail studio at Miami Worldcenter provides a showcase for its vehicles and an engaging customer experience. Lucid Motors opening marks another milestone in the ongoing reveal of the enticing array of retail, restaurants and entertainment experiences at Miami Worldcenter,” said Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group.
