Miami Worldcenter Retail 84% Leased, Four New Restaurants Announced

Aug 31 2023

Miami Worldcenter is getting four new restaurant brands, all opening in 2024.

The $6 billion development includes a total of 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space.

With the latest announcements, Miami Worldcenter’s retail space is now approximately 84% leased.

The newly announced restaurants include:

Ariete Hospitality Group’s Michelin-star-rated Chef Michael Beltran recently opened three restaurants at Worldcenter – Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express, and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar

Two additional restaurants are expected to open soon, Earls Kitchen & Bar and Chicago’s Maple & Ash.

“Food is a significant factor when people make decisions about where they want to live, work or visit and we have worked diligently to cultivate an array of appealing and popular concepts at Miami Worldcenter,” said Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group. The company is a partner in Worldcenter, and is co-leading leasing along with The Comras Company.

The World Square in front of the new Sixty Vines restaurant will be a 20,000-square-foot outdoor public plaza and park.

It is being designed as a central gathering place with an abundance of open space, shade trees, and oversized, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks lined with dining, entertainment, and retail concepts.
