Singer-songwriter and Disney star Nick Jonas is expanding his restaurant chain — titled after his tequila brand of the same name — with a new location in the heart of downtown Miami.
Located within the expansive Miami Worldcenter, Villa One Tequila Gardens will serve up a raw seafood bar, a tasting room with over 150 agave spirits and a Baja-style eatery. The open-air 12,294-square-foot premises was designed by architecture firm KOM Studio, best known for modernist developments throughout California and Mexico.
“Villa One Tequila is a one-of-a-kind bar and restaurant that brings another dimension in dining to Miami Worldcenter. It is an example of our focus on activating the property’s outdoor spaces and rooftops to provide a wealth of opportunities for guests to enjoy the beautiful setting and area views,” said Shaul Kuba, co-founder of the leasing group behind Miami Worldcenter.

Villa One Tequila was founded in 2019 by Jonas and menswear designer John Varvatos. Though the brand has never been a top seller the likes of George Clooney’s Casamigos or Kendall Jenner’s 818, the imprint has successfully transitioned its name into hospitality over the past couple of years.
In 2022, Jonas and Varvatos opened the first Villa One Tequila Gardens location in San Diego, soon after joined by a second spot in Las Vegas. By the end of 2024, they’ll be joined by sister locations in Los Angeles and Miami.
