Miami, FL – February 13, 2024 – Miami World Center, the dynamic $6 billion mixed-use development at the heart of Downtown Miami, is set to welcome Villa One Tequila Gardens, Co-founded by celebrities Nick Jonas and menswear designer John Varvatos. Designed by Kom Design Studio, the Villa One Tequila Gardens aims to create an unforgettable experience with luxurious textiles, shades of green inspired by agave fields, and neon-accented walls. Boasting vast views of the Downtown Miami skyline from the rooftop, the main dining room will feature a raw bar, tequila tasting room, and an intimate speakeasy operated by a soon-to-be-announced nightlife brand. Opening in 2025, the 12,294 square feet oasis within the ‘Jewel Box’ retail building promises over 150 tequilas and mezcals, paired with Baja-style Mexican bites.
