• CocoWalk, long known as the “heart” of Coconut Grove, is poised for a dramatic transformation. The redevelopment has begun, of what was primarily an evening and weekend destination, to a destination that will meet the daily lifestyle needs of the communities that surround it. Delivery Winter 2019 // Grand Opening Spring 2020 Upon completion, the heavy landscaped Plaza will serve as the centerpiece for the ± 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurants/cafés, cinemas, heath club, gourmet market and lifestyle oriented uses that are planned.
