Daniela Swaebe is a Leasing Associate with The Comras Company specializing in leasing of Retail & Showroom space in the Miami Design District. Having experienced 20 years in the jewelry and accessories world as a business owner/designer, Daniela brings her retail knowledge from behind the scenes. Swaebe has traveled extensively both internationally and throughout the U.S., working with her store accounts while cultivating valuable relationships with the retailers. Her trade show experience has put her in front of countless store owners while her “in-store” appearances have put her face to face with the end consumer.
As a vendor to stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and popular independent boutiques located in Miami, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago and Aspen, Daniela offers a real working knowledge of retail tenant and consumer needs. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Daniela has lived the retail and culinary changes in South Florida. Her familiarity with all the existing and evolving neighborhoods in Miami is a tremendous asset to her clients and tenants she represents.
Daniela is extremely active in the community. She is a mentor with the Women of Tomorrow scholarship program and supports many local charity organizations including: The Greater Miami Jewish Federation and American Red Cross. Daniela holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami with a specialization in management and a Bachelors of Arts degree from New York University with a major in political science.
