Ethan works alongside senior brokers Irma Figueroa, Max Gelband, Michael Silverman, and Jeff Evans, supporting landlord representation assignments through tenant prospecting, canvassing, market research, and strategic outreach. He is actively involved in several high-profile retail projects, assisting with positioning, leasing strategy, and relationship-building efforts to drive long-term asset value.
Ethan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing his Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism (MRED+U) at the University of Miami. His academic focus on development finance, market analysis, and urban strategy complements his hands-on brokerage experience and deepens his understanding of how retail assets fit within larger mixed-use environments.
Prior to joining The Comras Company full-time, Ethan worked in residential real estate at Sotheby’s International Realty, where he focused on prospecting, client outreach, and supporting luxury listings in Coconut Grove and surrounding neighborhoods. Through this experience, he developed a strong understanding of valuation, pricing strategy, and the nuances of Miami’s high-end residential market.
