Irma has over 20 years of experience specializing in Retail transactions. The range of properties handled include freestanding buildings, outparcels, retail condos, mixed use ground up developments and shopping center portfolios for several South Florida and Puerto Rico based companies.

Irma has been recognized by Costar as Retail Power Broker of the Year in 2008, 2009 & 2019, and awarded a scholarship by the CCIM Institute in 2011 & 2012. In just two years she accomplished her CCIM designation.

Irma has secured leases for prominent tenants such as the Xponential fitness brands which include: Cycle Bar, Club Pilates, Yoga Six, Row House and AKT; Crown Wine and Spirits & Mega Wine and Spirits, Smorgasburg, Salon Lofts, BluDot, Waterworks, Roche Bobois, and well established restaurants such as Zucally from the Owners of Zucca, Go Greek, Lucali, Tanuki, Carrot Express, Osmow’s, Mister 01, Mercado Food Group and Piola throughout the tri-county area.
