Juan Brando

Juan Brando is the Development Director at the Comras Company. Following his undergraduate studies at Babson College, Juan began his real estate career as a project manager at Cervera Bankers. Supervising condo conversion projects Juan acted as the liaison between the developer, the general contractor and the sales team.

In 2006, Juan joined Citi Group’s Strategic Planning Department where he modeled and forecasted the performance of potential targets and partners in the region. Supporting the global M&A team throughout the due diligence process, his team streamlined three branch networks in Central America after the acquisition of Banco Cuscatlan and Grupo Financiero Uno.

After four years in financial services he went back to school and received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami. With his background in financial services and business Juan is responsible for the day to day development activities at Comras Company. He also supports the sales and leasing team through the due diligence, negotiations and closing process.
