Sephora, Lucid Motors, Bowlero I Miami Worldcenter

Beauty retailer Sephora, luxury electric car company Lucid Motors and entertainment complex Bowlero inked leases at Miami Worldcenter, the mixed-use development in downtown Miami.

Sephora will occupy 6,000 square feet along the 7th Street Promenade fronting the development’s World Square public park and plaza. Lucid Motors is taking a 23,000-square-foot space along First Avenue and 10th Street, where it will set up a service center and delivery center. Bowlero will offer bowling, arcade games, dining and live entertainment in a 31,000-square-foot space that will be part of a glass-enclosed retail building also fronting World Square, according to a release.

CIM Group, a partner in Miami Worldcenter, and the Comras Company, are leading the development’s retail leasing.

The $4 billion Miami Worldcenter spans 27 acres and 10 city blocks. It includes the completed 60-story Paramount Miami condo tower, the 43-story Caoba apartment tower and roughly 150,000 square feet of retail. The 43-story Bezel apartment tower and 351-room citizenM hotel are expected to be finished this year. Another 130,000 square feet of retail is underway.

The entire project’s master developer is Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani. Over the years, they have sold off pieces of the development site to developers building different parts of the project.

In total, 90,000 square feet of retail space has been leased, including previously announced restaurants Maple & Ash and etta, and Miami Chef Michael Beltran’s Brasserie Laurel and El Vecino.
