Another tower has topped off at Miami Worldcenter – and it will be bringing more shopping and retail space.
Luma, a 43-story apartment tower with 434 residential units, held a top off party on Wednesday, according to an Instagram post by construction manager Square Edge Inc.
The new building will offer the “highest-end product in the market,” with luxurious amenities, New York-based developer Moinian Group has said.
Also topped off: Miami Worldcenter’s Block H.
Block H will include 48,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on levels 1, 2 and 12.
There will also be 922 parking spaces, making it one of the two main public garages at Worldcenter.
A large civic plaza will be located on the north side of Block H, and to the east will be the main vehicular point of arrival for Worldcenter.
Separately, a CitizenM hotel is also under construction on the same block.
