Vicki Freeman serves as a Senior Retail Leasing Associate at The Comras Company of Florida. A 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, her broad spectrum of experience has been built upon relationships with tenants and landlords alike. Her experience includes brokerage of retail, office, mixed use and hospitality oriented transactions in Virginia, New York City and Miami, Florida. Having been engaged in many aspects of commercial brokerage, a creative and thoughtful approach has always been utilized. A former operator of boutique retail businesses, current owner of real estate assets and being a trusted advisor culminate in her being an ideal commercial real estate professional.

Vicki was an operator of retail businesses that required the analysis of ever evolving merchandizing mixes of over 12,000 SKU’s. She recognized the need to offer exceptional customer service and curated desirable national and international luxury and lifestyle brands, including Cartier and Vera Wang. The customer base consisted of private, non-profit and corporate clients.

In the first decade of her career, Vicki launched, managed and branded a Virginia based brokerage company to exclusively represent a family-owned portfolio of one million square feet of real estate encompassing regional shopping centers, office parks, industrial, mixed-use and multifamily holdings. She understands the position of all negotiating parties whether it be tenant, landlord or co-tenant and the importance of credit and ability for all parties to perform accordingly.

Vicki holds a deep understanding of retail operations, the critical nature of merchandising plans and assists current notable landlords by curating tenant mixes for AIR Communities, Lightstone Group, Gross Mortgage and The Schecter Foundation. Tenant representation accounts include, Crisp & Green, The Shade Store, L’ETO Caffe, Brompton and a spectrum of clients who own office, retail, and investment grade properties. She has been a longtime member of ICSC.

Vicki served dual gubernatorial appointed terms to her alma mater Christopher Newport University. She has always been an advocate of foodbanks and helping those less fortunate. Vicki is a relationship builder, an excellent communicator, mom, horse lover, art & sculpture enthusiast and very much looking forward to working with you in the Miami marketplace.
